We are here to share stories of all classes, religions, races, cultures and abilities. We are here to get your story to the other and the other’s story to you! In our books you should meet a compatriot, ally, friend, familiar face and most importantly someone like you!

Sanctuary

We are here to be a refuge and sanctuary for young readers. In our books they should find a haven in which nothing can harm them. We value that safe places help grow a future for our children.

Belief

We have faith! We believe that the future can shaped into what we envision of it and thus we value every dream and story that waters such into a reality no matter how impossible it may seem.
We believe that the lives of our people are great enough to be stories that must be shared.
We believe that local stories are global and we aim at taking them there.

Collaboration

“None of us is better than all of us”. We work in an ecosystem of established writers, never-published writers, I-have-a-story-in-my-head writers, my-grandmother-used-to-tell-me-this-story-writers, I-could-be-a-writer writers, custodians of unknown songs and folk stories, distributors, retailers and ourselves as the publishers. We are all in it together!

Call for Submissions

Have you been working on a children’s book and feel someone should take a look at it? Well, we are here to do just that.
In this submission window we are looking for all genres of children’s books though with a slight bias toward biographical work. In this Call for Submission window we are looking for all genres of children’s books though with a slight bias toward biographical work.

What to include in your submission:

A 1 – 2 page pitch. Let us know the story before we even read the story. Write us a synopsis, audience, genre and context within which you feel the story should be understood.

A short biography. We would like to know you a little, your background, writing experience and anything relevant to your creative work.

Anything else you feel we may need to know.
